Hadley black leather or brown suede lace-up ankle boots
The Hadley ankle boots are distinguished by two very different material interpretations on the same high-top lace-up base: a smooth black leather version and a brown suede version. The supplier classifies them as British-style high-top workwear shoes, with a round toe shape, a low heel, and a rubber outsole. IVAREE therefore positions them as casual and workwear ankle boots rather than strictly formal shoes. They meet the demand for black leather lace-up ankle boots, brown suede boots, and versatile mid-season high-top shoes.
The general product sheet advertises a full-grain cow leather upper, but the brown variant is explicitly stated as suede. The inside of the upper and the lining are advertised as pig leather, as is the insole. The construction is cemented, and the heel remains low, between 1 and 3 cm. Two finishes are available, Black leather and Brown suede, from sizes 37 to 45. This surface difference truly changes the interpretation of the model: the Black appears more urban and uniform, while the Brown suede naturally integrates with earthy palettes and autumnal materials.
The supplier season is spring and autumn. The model can therefore be included in the Q4 selection due to its autumnal use, without being presented as a true winter boot. The source sheet mentions abrasion resistance; IVAREE does not convert this into a promise of durability.
Maintenance should be adapted to the variant. For black leather, use a soft cloth and a care product compatible with smooth leather after testing. For brown suede, let it dry then brush with a tool dedicated to suede. Avoid soaking the shoe and let it dry away from a heat source. Hadley thus offers true style versatility with two distinctly different finishes and a high-top silhouette that is easy to wear with denim, chinos, or workwear trousers.
